DailyProgress.com | Judge dismisses sexual coercion charge against white supremacist leader
A federal judge dismissed two charges against white supremacist leader Kevin Alfred Strom this afternoon. Authorities had accused the 50-year-old Greene County resident of trying to sexually entice a 10-year-old girl and attempting to intimidate a witness. After the prosecution rested its case today, the judge found there wasn’t enough evidence to proceed with the jury trial. (…) He still faces child pornography charges, with the trial set for January. Strom is the founder and former leader of the now-defunct National Vanguard, which the Southern Poverty Law Center classifies as a neo-Nazi organization.
