Als Kämpfer haben die “Kadyrowiten” von Tschetschenenführer Ramsan Kadyrow einen miserablen Ruf, und sie sind berüchtigt für ihre Grausamkeit gegen Zivilisten. In den besetzten Gebieten der Ukraine wüten sie im Auftrag des Kremls, ohne Konsequenzen fürchten zu müssen. Besonders übel beleumundet ist das “Achmat Bataillon”, angeführt von Kadyrows Neffen Hasan Ibragimow. Der steht jetzt im Zentrum eines Verbrechens, das auch in Russland für einen Aufschrei sorgt. So sollen Ibragimow und acht seiner “Kadyrowiten” die russische Propagandistin Olga Zenkowa in einem Hotel im besetzten Melitopol im Süden der Ukraine vergewaltigt haben, wie ukrainische und russische Medien berichten. Zenkowas Kameramann Artem Jepifanow sollen die Angreifer zusammengeschlagen haben, wie unter anderem das ukrainische Portal “daily.dialog.ua” unter Berufung auf Zeugen berichtet. Demnach sollten Zenkowa und Jepifanow für den russischen Staatssender NTW aus Melitopol berichten. Nicht der erste Vorfall Der Überfall auf Zenkowa und Jepifanow ereignete sich offenbar schon Mitte Januar. Der Sender NTW erstattete daraufhin Anzeige bei der russischen Militärverwaltung in Melitopol, berichtet das ukrainische Portal “myukraineis.org” unter Berufung auf die Anzeigeschrift. Das Büro des örtlichen Kommandanten soll sich aber geweigert haben, den Vorfall zu untersuchen, heißt es.

A group of Kadyrovites in Russia-occupied Melitopol in Zaporizhzhya temporarily attacked a film crew of the Russian propaganda channel NTV, who had come “to cover the course of SVO.” The “Akhmat battalion” terrorists raped journalist Olga Zenkova and beat up the cameraman. In the document sent to the Investigative Committee it was indicated that the propagandist Olga Zenkova and the cameraman Artem Yepifanov were in the hotel “Vorontsovsky” in Melitopol, when they were attacked by a group of persons in camouflage uniforms, who introduced themselves as “fighters of Akhmat battalion”.
